Job description

Project Manager position This is a permanent, full time position that offers a great salary and benefits package. Responsibilities: Balance time between office and job site. Manage projects from beginning to close out, ensuring projects are completed safely, on-time, and under budget.

Coordinate with building owners, general contractor, sub-contractors, vendors, suppliers, superintendents, and internal Sr-leadership/Project Management team . Manage schedules, budgets, change-orders, submit RFI's. Requirements: Currently working on large commercial mechanical (hvac or plumbing) construction projects: plan-spec, design-build, design-bid-build projects, among others.

Large commercial project experience working on schools, hospitals, airports, highrises, hotels, stadiums, data centers, commercial buildings, among others. Plumbing, Pipefitting, or Sheet Metal Apprenticeship, Journeyman Program. Bachelor's in mechanical engineering or Construction Management.

Software knowledge: OST (Quickpen/Trimble Accubid, Viewpoint, Quotesoft, or others), BlueBeam/Adobe, MS Project/Primavera, Procore, among others are a plus.
