Mail Order Processor

Job Mode: Full Time - Onsite

The primary role of the Mail Order Processor is to sort, open and scan mail orders. Mail Order Processors will review and approve scanned mail orders for automated DAX entry with excellent accuracy and speed. The ideal candidate must have attention to detail and be willing to learn new tasks as needed, including cashiering.

Major Position Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

ยท Open, sort and scan mail orders for DAX validation using OPEX scanning machine.

ยท Act as Office Mail Clerk by managing incoming/outgoing company mail.

ยท Stuff and meter outgoing mail, operate mail machines.

ยท Internal mail distribution and maintain mail directory.

ยท Achieve stated production and quality standards.

ยท Perform Cashier functions which include:

ยท Validate scanned checks for accuracy.

ยท Accurately discover and correct any errors or discrepancies.

ยท Investigate and resolve check batches in error statuses.

ยท Locate and pull physical checks as needed for rescanning or manual deposit.

ยท Assist with other duties as assigned, investigating problem orders or batches, troubleshooting system issues.

ยท Coordinate and work to trouble shoot machine related issues.

ยท Act as a back-up for additional daily mail tasks including:

ยท Daily mail counts and sorts for the scanning team

ยท Process paper returns, exchanges and miscellaneous returns work
