Job Description

The Procurement Specialist ensures that the material purchased are delivered according to the agreed terms and conditions. They are responsible for performing multiple tasks to ensure all custom orders are placed accurately and to the scope of the contract. Products include, windows, entry doors, garage doors, bathrooms, countertops, flooring, cabinet refacing, and kitchen remodel The right candidate is able to work under pressure, has the desire to learn new things, and understands the importance to providing world class customer service. Job Duties โ€ข Audit all paperwork to ensure the products being ordered is correct โ€ข This position ensures that all jobs are processed accurately โ€ข Communicate with the field office any inaccuracies to all parties and work to find a beneficial solution โ€ข Ensure the pricing from the vendors are accurate and create purchase orders for all material ordered โ€ข Track products ordered to make sure they arrive to their destination โ€ข Processes returns for any material not needed

Qualifications

Working Conditions โ€ข Ability to sit for extended periods of time โ€ข Ability to think clearly, especially in adverse situations โ€ข Must be able to work in a team environment โ€ข Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively โ€ข Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet frequent deadlines Full time hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Pay: $12.50/hr + benefits + Paid time off
