Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Processing Coordinator in the Sunrise, FL area. The ideal candidate will have experience in order processing, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.

Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday)

Potential for Permanent Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders through the company's order management system.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that orders can be fulfilled without delays.
  • Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse, shipping, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Quality Control: Verify the accuracy and quality of parts before shipment.
