Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Position Overview

An organization is seeking an Order Entry Specialist (Supply Chain) to support daily operational workflows involving order processing, data entry, and coordination across internal teams. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate order flow and supporting supply chain activities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Enter, process, and manage customer and internal orders in system platforms
Support supply chain operations through accurate data entry and tracking
Monitor order status and ensure timely processing and updates
Coordinate with internal teams to support order fulfillment and logistics flow
Assist with shipping and receiving-related documentation and tracking
Verify order details for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed
Maintain organized records of orders, shipments, and system updates
