About the Role
Zonar is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Order Fulfillment Associate to join our Fulfillment Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate processing, configuration, assembly, and shipment of customer orders and returned products. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive high-quality products on time while supporting operational excellence within our fulfillment center. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to maintaining efficient warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process and fulfill customer sales and RMA orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Allocate products to the correct customer accounts and verify order completeness before shipment.
  • Configure, assemble, and prepare products according to customer specifications and company standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines and fulfillment goals.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following established safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to resolve order discrepancies and operational issues.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory management activities, including cycle counts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve fulfillment processes and operational efficiency.
  • Perform additional warehouse and fulfillment duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, or production environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and order accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet daily deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or a similar ERP system is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday.
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry products, equipment, and materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
