Order Type : Temp To Full-Time
Order Department Skills
Take incoming purchase orders, create Quotes, Pick Tickets, and print product labels.
Process customer Purchase Orders submitted by e-mail or phone.
Enter the PO into the order processing data base system.
Order information consists of:
Product, quantity, pricing, Bill To, Ship To, delivery or pick up date, freight company information. Understand Freight Pre-pay and add, 3rd party freight billing, or collect, etc.
Save documents to a Drop-Box folder and to the customer order profile (PO, Delivery Ticket, Freight Bill of Lading, tracking #'s, etc.
Communicate with the customer by e-mail or phone with answers to questions about the product, pick up date, etc.
Pass the order through the database system.
Work with inventory control person, warehouse packaging person, facilities manager to co-ordinate the ready date with the customer.
Customer Relationship
Handles incoming calls or e-mail inquiries from customers.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller and e-mailer.
Listen to customers' questions and concerns and provide answers or responses or escalate to a team member who can help you resolve the issue.
Discusses products offered and ensures customer satisfaction
Work with the team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
Computer Skills
Computer knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or G-Mail.
UPS WorldShip (Process outbound labels on the computer)
Update customer information in the database during and after the call/e-mail.
Provides customer additional information about their orders (pick up numbers & times)
Other Job Requirements
