Job description

Position Overview: The Work Order / Pick Order Processor will support daily order fulfillment after customer orders are received. This role prepares pick orders for the warehouse, enters and updates work order and pick order information in the system, coordinates with the warehouse team, and confirms that products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review incoming customer orders and related order information
  • Prepare pick orders for warehouse fulfillment
  • Enter and update work orders, pick orders, and shipment-related information in the system
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to confirm picking, packing, and shipping status
  • Verify item numbers, quantities, customer information, and shipping details
  • Follow up on order status and communicate updates to internal teams as needed
  • Update the system after orders are picked, packed, or shipped
  • Help resolve order discrepancies, missing items, backorders, or documentation issues
  • Maintain organized records of work orders, pick orders, and shipping-related documents
  • Support warehouse and operations teams with daily administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of experience in order processing, warehouse administration, pick order processing, data entry, shipping support, or related office support preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Basic understanding of warehouse order flow, picking, packing, and shipping process preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with ERP, inventory, WMS, or order management systems is a plus
