Essential Functions:
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Accurately pick products from the warehouse shelves based on information provided on RF Scanner.
- Pack products securely and efficiently to ensure safe transport.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation for domestic and international shipping.
- Assist with inventory counts and ensure products are stored correctly.
- Check picked items for accuracy and inspect for any damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following the principles of 6S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety).
Qualifications
Education:
A high school diploma (or GED) is required.
Experience:
- 1 year of pick and packing experience.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems, including using RF scanning tools.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
