Order Entry Representative (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Broadview, IL
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Work Environment: Onsite
Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in a manufacturing environment? Our client in Broadview is seeking an Order Entry Representative to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing customer orders, navigating ERP systems, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
  • Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage order status inquiries and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, shipping, and sales teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
  • Review orders for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed.
  • Maintain customer accounts and order documentation within the ERP system.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, shipments, and order status.
  • Assist with order tracking, inventory inquiries, and problem resolution.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and follow-through.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of order entry, customer service, or account support experience.
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is required.
  • Experience using SAP or a comparable ERP system is required.
