Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Online Order Processor to join our logistics and distribution team.

Duties

  • Communicate with customers by providing updates on order status and addressing inquiries.
  • Monitor and verify orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Track shipments and follow up on delivery status.
  • Contact shipping carriers to resolve delayed or late deliveries.
  • Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with daily operations and administrative tasks.
  • Support warehouse operations as needed, including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and other general warehouse duties.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient workflow
  • Collaborate with procurement teams on sourcing materials and managing stock levels efficiently.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing warehouse productivity and safety standards.
