General Office / Order Processing Specialist


Hill Manufacturing Company is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented General Office / Order Processing Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, is eager to learn, and takes pride in accuracy and organization.


Key Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Ability to provide receptionist coverage when needed

Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Verifying sales and order information
  • Providing backup support for the receptionist
  • Assisting with general office and administrative tasks as needed
