About the Role
GLOBAL OPS is seeking Armed Security Agents to support client sites across Long Island.
This is an active, field-based role. Approximately 60 to 70 percent of your time will be spent outdoors and on your feet, conducting patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and responding to situations as they occur. This is not a static post.
We are looking for individuals who are reliable and able to maintain a high level of awareness and professionalism throughout their shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine patrols to maintain order and presence
  • Monitor and control access to the property
  • Identify and respond to suspicious activity
  • Enforce site protocols and address unauthorized individuals
  • Respond to alarms and on-site incidents
  • Provide assistance to staff and visitors as needed
  • Complete accurate reports of daily activity
Required Qualifications
  • Active New York State Security Guard License
  • Valid unrestricted concealed carry handgun license
  • If Active Law Enforcement, valid LE branch ID
  • Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military, or similar field
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions
  • Strong observation and communication skills
  • Consistent and reliable work history
  • High School diploma required
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Successful completion of all pre-employment screenings and training
