This exciting position will support efficient day-to-day office operations at our Virginia Beach headquarters while also providing administrative support for ordering and event coordination for our Arlington, VA office. In this role, you will help ensure office spaces remain organized, well-stocked, welcoming, and ready for employees and visitors, while maintaining alignment with company processes and budget expectations. We are seeking expertise in office coordination and administrative support such as: * Proven expertise in office coordination, administrative support, and day-to-day workplace organization
* Experience supporting ordering, inventory management, vendor coordination, and office event logistics
