We are a rapidly growing healthcare and home care services organization focused on improving outcomes for seniors and individuals with disabilities through self-directed care models. Following a major NYC expansion, we're investing heavily in operational transformation, AI adoption, workflow automation, and scalable process improvement initiatives.

This is a high-visibility role working directly with senior leadership to modernize operations across clinical, compliance, coordination, and administrative functions. The environment is fast-paced, entrepreneurial, mission-driven, and highly collaborative. You will get to dive head-first into a new frontier and one of the fastest growing career skill-sets which will set you up for a bright future, within a mission driven organization that serves those in need.

Profile Overview:

This role sits at the intersection of operations, strategy, analytics, and emerging AI technologies. You will partner cross-functionally with leadership and operational teams to identify inefficiencies, implement practical automation solutions, and improve organizational workflows at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead operational improvement initiatives across clinical, compliance, care coordination, and administrative teams
  • Identify manual workflows and redesign processes through automation, digitization, and AI-enabled solutions
  • Partner with leadership to identify high-impact AI use cases and oversee pilot implementation, adoption tracking, and workflow integration
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on systems, dashboards, automations, and operational tooling
  • Develop SOPs, implementation playbooks, workflow documentation, and training materials
  • Track project timelines, dependencies, operational risks, adoption metrics, and measurable business impact
  • Translate ambiguous operational problems into scalable, actionable solutions

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, business operations, strategy, AI implementation, or high-growth startup environments.
  • Experience working with AI tools (Claude Code, Chat GPT, LangChain, etc.), workflow automation, or operational technology implementations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
  • Experience preparing executive-facing presentations, reports, or communications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken).

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) with company participation.
  • Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time.
  • High-growth environment with strong visibility and career progression opportunities.
