Initial Service Technician - No Experience RequiredPay: $3,000-$4,500 per month (base + performance bonuses) Training: 100% paid, including your state certification exam Truck: Company vehicle + fuel card (work and commute) Location: RaleighWhy this jobNo pest control experience required. We'll train you, pay for your state certification, and put you in a company truck. If you show up, work hard, and take care of customers, you can be promoted to a Route Technician - earning $45K-$65K.What you'll doPerform initial pest control treatments for new customers - the first visit that sets up ongoing service. You'll run a route servicing newly sold homes each day, deliver quality work, and build trust with homeowners.What we offer· $3,000-$4,500/month base + performance bonuses· Company truck and fuel card (work + commute)· Fully paid training and state certification exam· Health insurance and dental (available within a few months)· Paid time off: vacation, sick days, holidays, and your birthday· Real promotion path - many Initial Techs who stick with it move up to Route TechThe schedule6-day work week, Monday-Saturday. Shifts start around 11 AM and run until the route is finished - typically 8-10 hours, longer in peak season. Longer routes mean more stops, which means more pay.
