Location: Knightdale, NC

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable IT Manager to lead and manage our IT infrastructure and operations in Knightdale, NC. The ideal candidate will possess a strong problem-solving mindset, technical competence, and the ability to act as a strategic business partner. This role requires hands-on experience with network infrastructure, system administration, and cybersecurity, along with excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure including Microsoft 365, Exchange, VOIP systems, and network infrastructure (switches, access points, firewalls).
  • Oversee and administer Microsoft environments and system administration tasks.
  • Ensure cybersecurity best practices and protocols are implemented and maintained.
  • Manage and support network infrastructure, with preference for experience in Comcast, HP, and SonicWall.
  • Administer and maintain CCT surveillance systems.
  • Collaborate with and manage relationships with external Managed Service Providers (MSP) to ensure effective IT support and service delivery.
  • Lead IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Serve as a strategic business partner by aligning IT initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Provide end-user focused support and training to enhance technology adoption and productivity.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Support and administer NetSuite ERP systems; NetSuite OneWorld experience preferred.
  • Experience with WooCommerce, Celigo integrations, and Native WMS systems is a plus.
