Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Administrator to provide desktop support across multiple agencies. This role involves PC replacements, troubleshooting, and software installations, ensuring excellent customer service throughout. The ideal candidate will work onsite to perform hands-on duties and assist in process improvements, contributing to a seamless support experience for users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service and support for both technical and non-technical users.
  • Proficiently image and provision new hardware for customers.
  • Support mobile and Apple devices effectively.
  • Document activities and manage asset records using ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on technical issues and assist in developing team processes.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS & M365
  • Experience in imaging and provisioning hardware
  • Familiarity with MECM, Active Directory, Tanium, Intune, and Beyond Trust
