Job Overview:
Requirement/Must Have:
- 12+ years of overall IT experience.
- 8+ years of ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience.
- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise ServiceNow transformations.
- Experience across multiple ServiceNow product lines (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, SPM, SecOps, IRM/GRC, AI/Now Assist).
Responsibilities:
- Define enterprise-wide ServiceNow architecture roadmap aligned to business objectives.
- Establish platform governance, architectural standards, reusable patterns, and design principles.
- Drive platform consolidation, modernization, and technical debt reduction initiatives.
- Serve as the final architecture authority for ServiceNow solutions.
- Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions spanning ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, SecOps, and AI/Now Assist.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across global enterprise environments.
Qualification And Education:
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Mandatory.
- CSA (Certified System Administrator).
- CAD (Certified Application Developer).
- Multiple CIS certifications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, SPM, etc.).
