Job Description: Seeking an expert desktop support specialist to handle high volumes of service desk requests in a statewide environment. Responsibilities include imaging and deploying computers, installing software and peripherals, data/profile migrations, printer configuration, and user account management. Must collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues, maintain documentation, and uphold IT security standards. Onsite travel to multiple locations may be required.
