Job Summary

As a National Account Development Manager (NADM) at AMAROK, you will aggressively grow revenue within assigned Enterprise Accounts using proven inside-sales techniques. You'll engage customers through strategic sales calls and virtual meetings, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and clearly position AMAROK's solutions as needs evolve. This role rewards strong relationship builders who bring urgency, discipline, and a daily focus on driving results.

First year on target earnings, $180-200K (base salary plus commission) with potential to earn more. Commissions are uncapped for this opportunity.ย 

Essential Job Duties

  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with Regional Security and Operations leaders across all accounts within the assigned book of business.
  • Grow an assigned book of Enterprise Accounts within AMAROK's key growth industries by identifying and executing revenue expansion opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned National Account Development Manager quota through disciplined pipeline management and consistent sales execution.
  • Identify, research, and qualify prospective customers using networking, social selling, cold calling, and other proactive prospecting methods.
  • Schedule and conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and in-person or virtual presentations to uncover, qualify, and advance sales opportunities.
  • Execute the AMAROK Sales Process to increase sales performance, shorten sales cycles, and aggressively follow up on active business opportunities.
  • Provide product quotes and keep customers informed of product updates, enhancements, and modifications while maintaining deep product knowledge through sales meetings and training.
  • Partner with the Field Sales Division to ensure marketing campaigns, assets, and messaging are effectively leveraged to drive sales results.
  • Utilize marketing data and sales management tools to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency while maintaining accurate activity reports in Salesforce.com.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, expense reports, and required sales, travel, and expense documentation while consistently representing AMAROK with professionalism and tact.
