The Corporate Development Intern will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives across Revvity's Life Sciences and Diagnostics businesses. This position provides hands-on experience in M&A and corporate strategy, with exposure to how strategic decisions are evaluated and executed in a global, publicly traded company.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis across life sciences tools, diagnostics, and research software markets
  • Develop market maps, competitive landscapes, and strategic overviews to support investment theses
  • Support evaluation of potential M&A targets, including business model assessment and strategic fit analysis
  • Assist in financial analysis, including benchmarking, valuation support, and key performance metrics
  • Prepare presentation materials for senior leadership and internal stakeholders, including strategy updates and deal discussions
  • Synthesize complex data into clear, concise insights for decision-making
  • Support ad hoc strategic projects aligned with corporate priorities

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in strategy and M&A
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial modeling is a plus
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Interest in life sciences, diagnostics, or healthcare industries preferred

The base salary range for this full-time position is $20/hr - $25/hr. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
