We are seeking motivated Business Development Representatives to join our team. This is a high-volume communication role focused on engaging homeowners, managing appointments, and supporting our sales team through consistent scheduling and follow-up.
This is a fast-paced, phone-based position ideal for individuals who are comfortable in a high-activity environment and enjoy speaking with people throughout the day.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $20/hour base pay
  • $55,000-$75,000 total annual earnings (base + commission)

What You'll Do
  • Spend most of your day speaking with homeowners to confirm or reschedule existing appointments
  • Schedule new appointments for the sales team with interested homeowners

  • No cold calling - all contacts are existing homeowners who have already engaged with Bath Center or requested information
  • Build rapport and maintain professional communication with homeowners
  • Track all interactions and update CRM records accurately
  • Work closely with the sales team to support appointment success and follow-through
