Business Development Representative 
Full-Time Hybrid Remote and In Branch
 
About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, organized and self-motivated professional who wants to help us introduce our newest suite of services to businesses in the Elkhart, South Bend and surrounding areas. Individuals that will succeed in this role will have strong communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to consistently engage with area business professionals, management and HR teams.   Position is a Full-Time Hybrid Remote and in Branch position. 
 
The successful candidate will develop initial relationships in via leveraging outreach and engagement strategies and tactics. For effective performance, the qualified individual will receive both salary and incentives.
 
As a Partnership Specialist, you will work closely with our branch network and regional team members as well as marketing, and product teams to identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships that enhance market presence and revenue potential.
 
Key Responsibilities
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Identify, research, and engage potential partners across target industries.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners.
Light area travel and after-hours networking
