As the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities that align with Rand Technology's corporate strategy. In this role you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's customer base and market share, forging new customer partnerships, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, identify target markets, and assess competitive landscapes.
  • Strategic Selling: Develop and execute strategic action plans to target and win the right opportunities.
  • Customer Networking: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Internal Partnership: Ensure superb handoff of accounts to account managers through planning, sharing, and executing together. Work with leadership and program managers on complex opportunities.
  • Partnership Development: Seek out and cultivate strategic partnerships with complementary businesses to enhance market reach and product offerings.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record in international business development and/or sales, within the technology industry. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of technology products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

Education and Experience
