Job description

We are looking for a talented customer focused part time receptionist/director of first impressions.  Qualified candidates must have great communication skills with a strong positive attitude.  If you have the drive, personality and prior experience in the frontline roles and truly enjoy serving customers, this is a great place to be!

You will greet and connect guests with the appropriate parties, while providing a fantastic customer experience.  Knowledge of Microsoft Office and good communication skills are essential.  This position will be 2 nights a week from 4 pm until 7 pm and every other Saturday from 8 am until 5 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Answers dealership group phones
  • Greets and receives customers
  • Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduces the customer to a salesperson
  • Works cooperatively with the sales team
  • Updates customer records
  • Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Assists in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
  • Assists in the dealer exchange of vehicle process
  • Participates in customer satisfaction process
  • Participates in customer retention process
