As a Part-Time Receptionist, you will play a key role in delivering a positive dealership experience for every customer who walks through our doors or calls our dealership. You will greet visitors, answer and direct incoming calls, assist with administrative duties, and support various departments to help ensure smooth daily operations.

Part-Time Receptionist Job Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department.

  • Assist customers with general inquiries and dealership information.

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
