Administrative Scheduler (Temporary) - Full Time

Rate: $28.90/Hour

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday (2nd Shift) & Tuesday - Saturday (1st Shift)

Tentative End Date: November 1st, 2026

Our scheduling team is responsible for maintaining Security Officers for one of the largest employers in the world. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent active listening and communication skills, attention to detail, and be able to maintain professionalism in a high-pressure environment.

What Your Day May Look Like

  • Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions in conjunction with company management. 
  • Resolve staffing issues and problems as directed by Branch management.
  • Assist in the submission of payroll and personnel information to the company as designated. 
  • Prepare, file, and submit various reports as required.
  • Inspect posts as scheduled and meet with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.
  • Act as a liaison with clients and branch management to resolve scheduling, training, billing, and payroll problems.
  • Carry our various supervisory duties as directed and in accordance with company policy.
  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties as required to support branch operations and service delivery.

Position Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED required, OR ability to complete GED program within 6 months.
  • 1 year of experience in scheduling capacity planning, organizing, and leadership preferred.
  • Strong computer / technology skills needed.
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills required.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Must have a high level of integrity and professional discretion.
  • All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas' pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
