  • Conduct resume reviews and mock interviews for students requiring additional support; update co-op advisors with status and comments.
  • Facilitate ongoing outreach and check-ins with students during their co-op experience; escalate concerns to Co-op Faculty for follow-up and direct student engagement as appropriate.
  • Coach students pursuing self-developed co-ops outside of Northeastern's database, guiding them through available platforms and supporting them through the vetting, approval, and registration process.
  • Support students pursuing global co-op opportunities across Bouve and CSSH, including preparation advising, pre-departure meetings, and coordination with the Office of Global Services on visa and employment authorization; maintain ongoing engagement with students throughout the global co-op experience.
  • Administer the Career Peer Advisor program, including coordination of hiring, training, scheduling, and ongoing support
