Job description

A well-established boutique estate planning law firm in the Marietta area is seeking a friendly, organized Temporary Legal Receptionist to provide front office support during a busy period. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills who enjoys working in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming office environment
  • Schedule client consultations and maintain attorney calendars
  • Prepare, scan, copy, file, and organize legal documents and client files
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation
  • Maintain office supplies and help keep the reception area organized
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed
