Position Summary: We are seeking a Microsoft Engineer to support and maintain enterprise infrastructure environments. This role is responsible for troubleshooting incidents, managing assigned tickets, supporting critical systems, and ensuring high levels of service availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide infrastructure and application support in a production environment
  • Troubleshoot server, virtualization, and end-user issues
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and change activities through resolution
  • Support Microsoft technologies, virtualization platforms, and enterprise systems
  • Participate in on-call rotations as needed
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Collaborate with engineering, networking, and operations teams
