Microsoft Part Time roles generally offer flexible schedules, often ranging from 15 to 30 hours per week, depending on the department and business needs. Some positions may require evening or weekend shifts, especially for roles involving customer support or retail. You’ll typically discuss your availability during the interview process, and managers strive to accommodate your preferred schedule within reason. While part-time positions may have set hours, there is also potential for occasional overtime or adjusted shifts during busy periods. This flexibility allows you to balance work with school, family obligations, or other interests.
