We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology.

Come be a part of what's next. The Role The Manager, Messaging will own the strategy, evolution, and performance of Tudum's scaled and bespoke messaging programs. A core driver of audience growth and engagement for Tudum, this role leads data-driven initiatives that connect Netflix members to premium editorial content at pivotal moments in their viewing journey and deepen fandom.

This role will shape the next phase of Tudum's messaging program-refining what works, scaling it globally, and launching new programs in partnership with editorial, product, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams. You will define the strategic roadmap, influence and drive platform and tooling decisions, and ensure Tudum's messaging efforts reach a global audience. Tudum's messaging program is central to our growth strategy, blending editorial creativity with sophisticated audience insights, segmentation, and experimentation.

Ongoing investments in UX, personalization, and formalized testing have delivered industry-leading performance, with a growing focus on visit quality, engagement depth, and long-term audience value. Key Responsibilities Own the Messaging Strategy: Set the vision, roadmap, and priorities for Tudum's Publishing Messaging Program, balancing growth, engagement, and quality. Lead Program Execution: Oversee end-to-end campaign planning, launch, and optimization across scaled and bespoke messaging initiatives.

Advance Data & Experimentation: Establish best-in-class measurement, testing, and segmentation practices to continuously improve performance. Build Scalable Infrastructure: Partner with product and engineering to leverage Netflix's messaging ecosystem; evolve a scalable CRM foundation that enables advanced audience segmentation, personalized content delivery, and actionable performance insights.

Influence Cross-Functional Partners: Serve as a strategic partner to editorial, product, analytics, and marketing teams, ensuring alignment with broader audience and business goals. Report & Optimize: Work with data teams to refine success metrics, lead retrospectives, and translate performance insights into clear recommendations and iteration plans. Champion Innovation: Identify and launch new formats, cohorts, and use cases to keep Tudum's messaging differentiated and effective.

Editorial Judgment: Bring strong storytelling instincts to shape cohesive narratives across campaigns, curating messaging that reflects Tudum's voice and elevates the member experience. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing, preferably in a digital media or subscription-based environment. Demonstrated ownership of large-scale, data-driven messaging programs with measurable impact on audience growth and engagement.

Deep fluency in experimentation, segmentation, and performance optimization. Proven experience partnering with product, analytics, editorial, and marketing teams in complex organizations. Strong program leadership and prioritization skills in fast-moving environments.

Experience designing and scaling CRM and messaging infrastructure. Familiarity with platforms such as Braze or Klaviyo and modern analytics tools. Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
