Job Description

As a Sales Messaging & Enablement Lead, you will transform business strategy and commercial priorities into compelling sales messaging that helps sellers lead value-driven customer conversations. You will create seller-ready messaging, value narratives, and enablement experiences that simplify complex concepts and make them practical in the field. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure consistent messaging is adopted across the sales organization.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Messaging & Content Effectiveness and work as part of the Sales Messaging & Content Team. You will have a hybrid schedule working out of any one of Rockwell Automation business locations in the United States.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales messaging and value stories that help sellers connect customer business challenges and desired outcomes to Rockwell Automation solutions and strategic priorities.
  • Create seller-ready enablement resources, including messaging frameworks, sales guides, industry content, learning materials, and other tools that support customer conversations.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, product, and enablement stakeholders to align messaging, support new product and solution launches, and ensure sellers have access to relevant, consistent content.
  • Design and enhance learning and coaching experiences that help sellers apply messaging in real-world customer interactions and build sales competencies over time.
  • Continuously improve content effectiveness, using seller feedback, adoption insights, and emerging technologies to improve how content is organized, accessed, and used in the field.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales messaging, product marketing, learning and development, or a related discipline.
  • Experience developing sales messaging, enablement content, marketing content, or learning programs that support commercial objectives.
  • Experience translating complex business, technical, or product concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging and seller-ready resources.
  • Experience creating sales guides, value narratives, training materials, or other customer-facing enablement resources.
  • Experience working across sales, marketing, product management, and enablement teams to drive messaging alignment and adoption.
  • Experience using content management, sales enablement, learning management, or AI-enabled productivity platforms to improve content effectiveness and seller adoption.
