Specialized Consultant - Retirement Plan Administrator job at Wolters Kluwer. Montgomery, AL. LOCATION: Remote U.S. locations or hybrid (8 days a month in the office if you are within 50 miles of a Wolters Kluwer office)
Overview
The job is to assist managed services customers in a back office capacity with retirement plan administration duties using the ftwilliam.com software as well as help out other teams as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist with retirement plan administration for managed services customers
- Run eligibility calculations, required testing included but not limited to 402g, 415, ADP/ACP, and run new comp allocations as requested for plans with at both a daily RK and pooled/SDBAs
- Work closely with management and sales during the initial sale, to help with questions on managed services
- Assist with other duties as time permits
Qualifications
- Two-year degree or comparable industry experience
- Experience with ftwilliam.com preferred
- At least 3 years experience preferred
- Must have retirement plan administration experience

- Excellent customer service skills, including superior written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Travel
Less than 5% travel required to our various office locations.
Compensation
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $91,600 - $126,800
