About the role
Rippling is seeking an execution driven and systems minded Program Manager, Talent Management to run and optimize the programs and tools that support performance, engagement, and talent insights. This global role ensures the mechanics, data quality, and operational rigor behind our Talent Management programs are strong and scalable for a workforce of more than 5,000 employees across 30 plus countries. The ideal candidate brings a detail oriented, analytical, and process focused mindset with a passion for building reliable and repeatable programs.
What you will do
  • Execute end to end performance management cycles including configuration, testing, communications, timelines, and reporting.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of performance systems and workflows
  • Run engagement survey operations including setup, distribution, data auditing, reporting, and preparation of insights for HRBPs and leaders.
  • Pull, validate, and interpret people data across performance, engagement, and talent health indicators to support decision making.
  • Maintain and improve internal HR tools, templates, forms, and dashboards that support talent & engagement programs.
  • Identify and execute system and workflow improvements that simplify processes and improve automation and scalability.
  • Create program documentation, process guides, FAQ materials, and manager communications to support a consistent program experience that drives self service as much as possible.
  • Coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables across HRBP and other cross functional partners.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data trends, feedback, and operational insights.

What you will need
  • 8+ years of experience in HR tech Programs, Business Operations, Talent Management, People Analytics, HR Tech, or related work.
  • Strong program management skills with a track record of running structured and complex processes.
  • High degree of systems fluency and comfort working in HR tools, performance systems, surveys, and dashboards.
  • Ability to pull, audit, and interpret data with accuracy and translate findings into actionable insights for HRBPs and leaders.
  • Strong communication skills including documentation, enablement material development, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage details, anticipate issues, and ensure consistent and high quality execution.
  • Curiosity about how talent programs connect and a desire to help build scalable and reliable future state talent management solutions.
