The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, leads strategic talent sourcing and acquisition initiatives aligned with business objectives. This role manages multiple projects, leveraging advanced data tools and agile methodologies to optimize recruiting processes and enhance candidate experience. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to anticipate talent needs, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and advise leadership on market trends and compensation practices. The Senior Manager fosters team development through coaching and performance management, ensuring effective execution of talent acquisition strategies that support organizational growth and operational excellence.

Supporting the VIZIO team, this group collaborates closely with leaders to build strong talent pipelines and achieve effective hiring outcomes. Operating in a dynamic, high-impact environment, the team is dedicated to operational excellence and providing an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers. Emphasizing adaptability and strategic talent acquisition, the team leverages data-driven insights and advanced sourcing techniques to meet evolving business needs and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
What you'll do:
  • Lead multiple talent acquisition projects, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure alignment with business strategies.
  • Develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies, including advanced sourcing techniques and multichannel candidate engagement.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to assess talent needs, negotiate outcomes, and advise on compensation and market trends.
  • Utilize data analytics and digital tools to enhance talent acquisition processes and decision-making.
  • Coach and mentor on recruitment best practices, assessment methods, and candidate experience improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement through agile methodologies and adaptive planning to meet evolving organizational goals.

  • Strong skills in managing multiple projects using agile methodologies, including sprint planning and prioritization.
  • Ability to analyze business strategies and translate them into effective talent plans and recruitment initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
