Job Description:
The WW Sales Enablement organization seeks an engaged and motivated individual to join us as a Learning Architect reporting to the WW Design and Development Manager.

Job Family Definition:
Based on identified training needs in the Sales/Sales Enablement/Global functions, the Learning Architect/L&D Development Specialist designs and develops sales, technical, or leadership/management training materials, including traditional, media-based, and advanced video deliverables. They collaborate on the design of projects and lead the development, implementation, and evaluation processes. The role involves working with Business Partners and Stakeholders to ensure development plans meet objectives. The Learning Architect also participates in special projects, collaborating with other teams within the Sales Enablement organization.
This role requires the ability to produce high-quality video content, including scripting, filming, editing, motion graphics integration, and post-production workflows.
Management Level Definition:
Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert, providing direction and guidance for process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment to determine the best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage project activities using internal tools and methods.
  • Kickoff projects by scheduling meetings within 24 hours of project assignment and ensuring key stakeholders attend or are appropriately informed.
  • Document project agreements, risks, and action items throughout the project lifecycle and share this documentation with stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Create Statements of Work (SOW) as needed, submitting them for review.
  • Design, develop, and manage multimedia learning deliverables,including WBT, video, and podcast from initial concept through final production.
  • Produce medium- to high-complexity video content (e.g., instructional videos, product demos, scenario-based videos, short-form/high-impact narrative content).
  • Handle video pre-production (storyboarding, scripting, shot planning), production (camera operation, lighting, audio capture), and post-production (editing, motion graphics, color correction, sound design).
  • Ensure brand compliance for all learning modules and video assets.
  • Test learning modules to ensure functionality before release.
  • Manage the release process in collaboration with Operations, ensuring a reviewed and approved learning solution in HPE SalesPro.
  • Create surveys to measure learner satisfaction.
  • Propose improvements when applicable.

Education and Experience Required:
  • First-level university degree; advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 2-3 years in a training development or equivalent role.
  • Typically 2-5 years of experience, including managing large projects.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Problem solving and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Advanced facilitation, content design, and consulting skills.
  • Advanced business and financial planning acumen.
  • Advanced project management and process development skills.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design and learning solutions development.
  • Strong content design skills and familiarity with the Articulate and Adobe suites.
  • Proficiency with video production tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder, or equivalent tools.
  • Ability to independently produce medium-high complexity video assets, including editing, sound mixing, motion graphics, titling, and visual effects.
  • Experience managing video workflows, asset organization, compression/export standards, and delivery for LMS and enterprise platforms.
  • Expertise in working with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Advanced leadership, communication, change management, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand and adopt new complex tools, technologies, and systems.

Desired skills (optional):
  • SCRUM/PM methodology knowledge or certification is desired.
  • Experience with animation tools (e.g., Vyond, Adobe Animate, or similar) is a plus.
  • Experience directing on-camera talent or producing executive-level video messages is a plus.
