Site Training Coordinator

Location: Hubbard, TX


Corporate Learning & Development

Job Duties:

Training Administration

  • Manage all site training records and documentation
  • Track required certifications, expirations, and renewals
  • Generate training compliance reports for project leadership

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

  • Troubleshoot login and password issues
  • Assign required training curricula
  • Monitor course completion and overdue training
  • Upload and maintain in-person training records
  • Verify completion of online learning requirements
  • Coordinate with corporate learning and IT teams to resolve system issues

Virtual Training Coordination

  • Provide technical support for online training platforms
  • Ensure completion records are properly documented
  • Communicate training requirements and deadlines to employees and subcontractors

Jobsite Training Coordination

  • Support new hire onboarding as needed
  • Coordinate classroom and hands-on training
  • Schedule safety and compliance training in coordination with L&D and Safety
  • Support toolbox talks and workforce development initiatives

Reporting and Compliance

  • Monitor compliance with OSHA, Blue Vest, and other company requirements
