Job description


The Learning & Development Manager - AI Enablement supports leadership training, business-specific functional training, annual compliance training, and Learning Management System (LMS) administration, with primary responsibility for advancing the organization's AI learning, adoption, and workforce readiness initiatives.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Learning & Development, this role partners with business leaders, Human Resources, Technology, and subject matter experts to design, develop, and deliver learning solutions that enhance employee performance and support strategic business objectives. The Manager serves as the enterprise lead for AI-related learning initiatives, helping employees build the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to effectively and responsibly leverage AI technologies in their daily work.
This position is an individual contributor role and does not have direct supervisory responsibilities. Success in the role requires leading cross-functional initiatives, influencing stakeholders, and driving adoption of learning and development solutions across the organization.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise learning programs, with a primary focus on AI enablement, leadership development, and business-specific functional training.
  • Partner with business leaders, HR, Technology, and subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and develop learning solutions that support business objectives, workforce readiness, and AI adoption.
  • Design and deliver AI-related learning programs, resources, and performance support tools that promote responsible use of AI technologies and improve employee productivity and effectiveness.
  • Provide curriculum development, instructional design, facilitation, and project management for learning opportunities including AI literacy, leadership development, employee coaching, professional skills, and business-specific training.
  • Monitor emerging AI technologies, learning trends, and best practices; recommend and implement learning solutions that support organizational goals and employee development.
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain control variables to ensure training programs are effective, scalable, cost-efficient, and aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Establish metrics and reporting to evaluate training effectiveness, learner engagement, AI adoption, and business impact.
  • Support the administration and delivery of the required annual compliance training program and other focused training initiatives.
  • Participate in and/or lead other projects and duties as requested.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources/Learning and Development. Financial Services industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in curriculum/instructional design, project management, and managing functional/business unit curriculum.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset. Must have proven technical writing background and solid public speaking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively facilitate training in both in-person and virtual environments, utilizing facilitation tools, techniques, and learning methodologies to maximize engagement, maintain participant interest, and establish rapport.
  • Proficient use of Articulate 360 course authoring tools.
  • Knowledge and experience in implementation and operation of a Learning Management System.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and adapt to changing organizational and operational needs while under pressure on strict time deadlines
  • Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver and execute high quality and consistent work
  • Excellent PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office suite; knowledge of HRIS system(s) preferred
  • Some travel to enterprise branch locations within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex is required
