General Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development leader in the Dallas metro area to join our team as Senior Manager of Learning & Development for Door-to-Door External Sales. The primary responsibility is to accelerate revenue growth by designing, building, and delivering world-class training programs that reduce agent ramp time, increase sales proficiency, and drive sustained quota attainment across our D2D field sales channel. The ideal candidate is a high-energy facilitator and instructional designer who can build curriculum from the ground up, leverage data to trigger performance growth, and empower frontline agents to sell with confidence and consistency. Compensation for this role is a competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver end-to-end onboarding programs that accelerate field readiness and position agents to hit sales quotas faster
  • Build and manage a comprehensive L&D curriculum including modular, interactive content that drives measurable improvement in agent ramp time and sales proficiency
  • Facilitate training sessions across large participant groups โ€” including agents, trainers, and leadership โ€” synchronizing product knowledge, process training, and sales execution
  • Develop and implement value-based selling frameworks and methodologies that drive activations, ARPU growth, and quota attainment
  • Leverage workforce analytics and performance data to identify skill gaps, trigger growth surges, and build continuous learning frameworks
  • Design and deploy leadership enablement programs that prepare managers to coach effectively and drive team performance
  • Modernize training delivery through AI-enhanced content creation, hybrid learning formats, and agile instructional design
  • Build and maintain a centralized knowledge repository and enablement content library accessible to field teams
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product to ensure training content stays current
  • Track and report on key L&D metrics including training completion rates, time to proficiency, and correlation to sales performance

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, or Sales Training with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record designing and facilitating large-scale training programs in a D2D or field sales environment
  • Strong instructional design skills with experience building modular, interactive curriculum from scratch
  • Demonstrated ability to use performance data and analytics to drive measurable sales growth
  • Experience leveraging AI tools (Microsoft CoPilot, Gemini, or equivalent) to develop and automate training content
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SharePoint, and Excel data modeling
  • Exceptional facilitation, public speaking, and communication skills โ€” comfortable presenting to both agents and executive leadership
  • Strong project management and change management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

Working Conditions

  • This is an in-office role in our Irving, TX location
  • Occasional travel outside the local market may be required.
