What You'll Do
  • Design, deliver, and evolve enterprise-wide Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) strategies
  • Create scalable learning frameworks, playbooks, and systems aligned to business needs
  • Architect blended learning experiences, including instructor-led, digital, coaching, and action learning
  • Apply adult learning principles to drive behavior change and measurable impact
  • Continuously evolve leadership development curricula
  • Align learning investments with organizational priorities and future capability needs
  • Measure learning effectiveness using data, dashboards, and key metrics
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range of $80,000โ€“$95,000 per year, based on experience

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Human Resources, I/O Psychology, or a related field
  • 3โ€“5 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related role
  • At least 3 years designing and facilitating learning experiences for cross-functional audiences
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
