As a Document Management Assistant, you will support the systems that keep the organization running smoothly by organizing records and assisting with content management and compliance processes. It offers experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and records management while contributing to meaningful, organization-wide work.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the Legal team to support document management and records retention processes across the organization

  • Maintain and organize digital content in SharePoint and other enterprise systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility

  • Assist with uploading, tagging, and managing documents using metadata and version control practices

  • Support records retention activities, including document review, imaging, and cleanup projects

  • Troubleshoot document discrepancies and recommend solutions to improve data quality and usability

  • Collaborate with teams across the business to improve content organization and standardization

What You'll Need

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, information science, or related field; equivalent experience

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
