The Airport Police Division (APD) is seeking to fill (1) Management Assistant position in its Fiscal Support Unit. Primary role of the position is to assist the unit's management and staff with budgetary, procurement, and accounts payable processes in terms of review, preparation, processing and the maintenance of records, documents, and reports.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Maintain and update Fiscal Support Unit's databases. Organize, maintain, and update Airport Police Requests (APR's) in SharePoint.
- Procure goods and services for the Division via purchase orders, P-Card, requisitions, etc.
- Assist with generating and maintaining various budgetary and contractual service reports using various computer programs (SAP, Sharepoint, Excel, etc.).
- Assist with invoicing and monitoring TSA grant-funded programs.
- Assist APD's procurement process in preparation for documents related to award of contract or amendments.
- Assist section management and staff with budget preparation.
