Job description

Job Duties

Assisting in management analysis functions, including interpreting regulations and processing personnel management actions (e.g., position structure changes).

Reviewing and initiating correspondence pertaining to administrative services to verify conformance with established regulations and formatting procedures.

Gathering and synthesizing data to assist higher-graded personnel in preparing statistical reports, diagrams, or presentations for management.

Maintaining control records for incoming correspondence and monitoring the progress of administrative actions to ensure timely completion.
