Job description

SUMMARY

Our Service Partners play an integral part of our national team of cleaning technicians with our grocery customers. We are looking for long-term customer, service-oriented cleaning partners with the highest work ethic. This work takes place in a grocery store environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Professionally clean and maintain facility using cleaning procedures and products that conform to the scope of work. This may entail the movement of reasonably portable items to allow for thorough cleaning around them
  • The cleaning technician will utilize commercial cleaning equipment including, but not limited to, an auto-scrubber, propane burnisher and carpet extractor
  • Maintain open and frequent communication with direct supervisor to address issues, provide solutions, and immediately report any safety incidents or property damage
  • Responsible for orientation and training sessions for all cleaners to ensure they have a full understanding of the scope of work, use and maintenance of equipment, and requirements for documenting hours worked
  • Participate actively in all safety programs and activities and responsible for using safety measures in work areas
  • Functions as an extension of TEC Services Management team

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Custodial experience is preferred
  • Punctuality and reliability are a must
  • Honesty and exceptional work ethic

  • Compliance with TEC Services' Insurance Requirements is a prerequisite
