What You Can Expect

You will lead Zoom's global service provider strategy, partnering with telecommunications carriers and cloud providers worldwide. You will build scalable partnership programs, negotiate strategic agreements, and drive technical integrations. You will deliver significant revenue growth while expanding our service provider ecosystem across all regions.

About the Team

We drive Zoom's growth through strategic service provider partnerships globally. Our team collaborates across product, sales, and operations to enable seamless partner experiences. We exist to scale Zoom's reach through telecommunications carriers and managed service providers.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing global go-to-market strategy for service providers including carriers, managed service providers, and cloud providers across all regions
  • Building executive relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 service providers and leading complex commercial negotiations on pricing, technical integrations, and partnership terms
  • Designing scalable partner programs including onboarding processes, technical enablement, API integrations, and operational infrastructure
  • Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Regional Sales teams to align service provider requirements with product roadmap and platform capabilities
  • Building and developing a global team of business development managers, partner engineers, and program managers while driving cross-functional collaboration
What We're Looking For
  • Demonstrate 10+ years of experience in telecommunications, service provider partnerships, or channel partnerships within enterprise software or SaaS
  • Lead global teams for 5+ years in senior roles with revenue responsibility
  • Negotiate complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships with telecommunications carriers and managed service providers
  • Manage technical integrations including APIs, cloud peering, and billing systems
  • Build business cases and financial models for partnership programs
  • Communicate effectively with executive audiences across multiple cultures and time zones
  • Bring experience from UCaaS/CCaaS vendors or telecommunications companies
  • Understand regulatory requirements across global markets including data residency and telecommunications regulations
Salary Range or On Target Earnings

Minimum: $205,700.00

Maximum: $450,100.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
