Qualifications:

  • Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues using RMM and other MSP dashboard tools.
  • Familiarity with PSA software for managing time and tickets (e.g., ConnectWise, AutoTask).
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, networks, and IT security.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on patience and humility.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an awesome team.
