Job description

  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify, target, and develop a pipeline of high-potential accounts. You will play a key role in onboarding new clients and helping to grow the brand recognition of AI Digital in the programmatic ecosystem.
  • Partnership Development & Management: Establish, manage, and scale strategic partnerships with agency and brand teams, focusing on creating long-term value for both AI Digital and our partners. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between AI Digital's solutions and the needs of our partners, driving mutual growth and success.
  • AI Digital's Advocate & Voice in the Marketplace: Utilize your extensive network and deep knowledge of the programmatic industry to position AI Digital's solutions effectively to agency and brand stakeholders. Your goal will be to ensure our offerings are recognized as valuable, innovative, and essential in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

  • Bachelor's Degree: A solid educational foundation that supports the advanced understanding and communication of complex concepts in digital advertising.
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Demonstrated experience selling digital media managed services to independent agencies/brands. Your track record should reflect successful relationship-building and business development within the programmatic space.
  • Industry Expertise: A thorough understanding of the programmatic landscape and how each channel contributes to the marketing funnel. You should be highly knowledgeable in programmatic advertising (especially demand-side platforms, with additional expertise in supply-side or curation being a plus), as well as paid search and social media.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in sales CRM tools like HubSpot, with the ability to leverage these tools to manage relationships and drive sales efficiency.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Capable of effectively collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
