What you'll be doing:

ยท Diagnosing and resolving technical issues for users quickly and efficiently

ยท Managing service tickets from start to finish

ยท Monitoring and maintaining client backups

ยท Delivering remote and on-site support, with access to a company vehicle

ยท Working closely with teammates to solve problems and share solutions

ยท Keeping documentation up-to-date as client networks evolve

ยท Staying in regular contact with your team about job status, location, and client needs

ยท Participating in after-hours on-call rotations (every 5 weeks) and supporting project work

Technical Experience Weโ€™re Looking For:

ยท Hands-on experience with Windows PC operating systems

ยท Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite

ยท Windows Server Management

ยท Microsoft 365 Administration

ยท Firewall and Security Solutions

ยท Windows Remote Desktop Services

ยท Email filtering solutions

ยท Security Solutions

ยท Active Directory and change management

ยท Basic VOIP concepts

Tools/Technology Used:

ยท Tool Stack - Connectwise Manage and RMM, Auvik, IT Glue, Scalepad, Connectsecure

ยท Tech Stack - Sophos, KnowBe4, Ubiquiti, Jamf, Duo, Printix, HPE Aruba, HPE Servers, VMWare, HyperV, HP & Lenovo PSG
