Job description

COOP / Continuity Specialist 

Role Summary
The COOP Specialist ensures mission continuity by developing, maintaining, and testing Continuity of Operations Plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop COOP plans aligned with DoD MA requirements

  • Conduct COOP tests and tabletop exercises

  • Maintain documentation and recovery procedures

  • Advise leadership on continuity risks and gaps

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of continuity, disaster recovery, or resilience planning experience

  • Knowledge of DoD COOP and MA requirements

  • Strong documentation and coordination skills

  • Active Secret clearance

*Position contingent on contract win.
