Your day to day as a Lead Residential Service Provider

As a Lead Residential Service Provider, you will engage in a variety of essential responsibilities to ensure optimal care for our clients. Daily expectations include supervising residential staff, coordinating client activities, and providing direct support in daily living skills. You will also conduct regular assessments of clients' needs and progress, fostering open communication among team members and families.

On an evening shift, you will oversee operations during non-traditional hours, ensuring a safe and supportive environment as clients wind down for the day. Additionally, weekend responsibilities will involve organizing recreational and therapeutic activities, contributing to a vibrant community life. Your schedule will largely revolve around Evening shifts and weekends, providing a consistent presence during these critical times and allowing for continuity of care.
